I always meet with a new client for an introductory appointment which lasts around 45 – 60 minutes. I will ask you to tell me why you’re considering hypnotherapy, a little about how you’ve tried to lose weight before and what you would like to achieve. I will answer all the questions you may have and assess whether hypnotherapy is suitable for you, if not I may offer you an alternative therapy.

This Initial Consultation costs just £25, helping us to get to know each other and I can gather the information I need to tailor the hypnotherapy to your personal needs/situation. It also gives you an opportunity to decide if you would like to go ahead with the hypnotherapy, think about it for a few days then contact me with your decision or choose not to have therapy. If you decide you would like to proceed – together we agree on an the number of sessions we think may be needed and schedule a convenient date/time for your first hypnotherapy session.
